Le Chapitre perfectly illustrates this philosophy. Its bouquet breathes complex aromas of spice (vanilla) and white fruits (pear, peach) set off by an elegant touch of wood. The mouth develops power and complexity, and the finish, noble in its minerality, lasts and lasts. What a wine!

Advice: transfer to carafe an hour before serving. Suggestion: a natural accompaniment to fine fish dishes, elegantly cooked.
