Rully premier cru Chapitre 2006 blanc

An unmissable domaine at Rully, reliable stalwart of the Côte Chalonnaise. Vincent can rest assured that he has done his work well. Key to his success: grapes picked only when fully mature. Le Chapitre perfectly illustrates this philosophy. Its bouquet breathes complex aromas of spice (vanilla) and white fruits (pear, peach) set off by an elegant touch of wood. The mouth develops power and complexity, and the finish, noble in its minerality, lasts and lasts. What a wine!

Advice: transfer to carafe an hour before serving. Suggestion: a natural accompaniment to fine fish dishes, elegantly cooked.

Rully 2006 blanc

A fine nose of white-fleshed fruits and flowers. In the mouth, freshness and generosity bespeak a superb village Rully, typical of its appellation. Can be enjoyed as of now.
